September 2026 Construction Progress

We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Evermore Estate, Kilmore, with major infrastructure works now substantially complete and exciting milestones taking shape across the estate.

This update also includes important information regarding bank valuations and how purchasers and valuers can arrange access to the site.

Bank Valuations & Site Access

We’re pleased to confirm that the September construction update announced that bank valuations could commence from early October 2026.

As Evermore Estate remains an active construction site, all bank valuations must be booked through the Projects team prior to attending. This ensures that access can be arranged safely and efficiently while the remaining construction works continue.

Construction Progress

The September 2026 construction report confirmed that the majority of major civil works had reached 100% completion.

Earthworks: 95% complete as reported in September.

Latest Works on Site

With the estate roads now laid, the construction team is progressing through the final site details.

Landscaping works are underway, and the front boundary pegs for individual lots have been installed.

These milestones mark another exciting step towards completion, with the estate’s road network and individual allotments becoming increasingly recognisable.

Purchasers are reminded to submit their proposed floor plans and building drawings to the Design Review Panel for assessment.
